A live soundboard is a tool that lets you play sound effects instantly with a single click or keyboard press. It is commonly used by live streamers on Twitch, YouTube Live, and podcasters to enhance their content with sound bites, alert sounds, background music snippets, and reactive audio. Our soundboard runs entirely in your browser with no software installation required.
Click any sound pad to play it instantly. To upload your own sounds, click the upload button or drag files into the upload zone. To assign keyboard hotkeys, click the "Assign Hotkeys" button, then click a pad and press a number key (1-9). Press the assigned key anytime to trigger the sound without clicking. Use the master volume slider to control overall loudness. Click the red stop button (bottom-right) to stop all sounds at once.
Yes, completely free with no limits. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no watermarks. All sound effects are generated or loaded locally in your browser. Your uploaded audio files are stored using browser IndexedDB, so they persist across sessions on the same device.

Yes. Uploaded audio files are stored in your browser's IndexedDB, which persists across page reloads and browser restarts. They are local to your device and browser profile. Clearing browser data will remove them. Nothing is ever uploaded to a server.
Click the "Assign Hotkeys" button to enter hotkey assignment mode. Then click any sound pad and press a number key (1-9). The hotkey will be displayed on the pad. Press that key anytime to instantly play the sound, even while typing in other fields. Click "Assign Hotkeys" again to exit the mode.
The soundboard supports MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, and any other format your browser can decode. For best performance, use MP3 or WAV files under 5MB. Large files will still work but may take a moment to load into memory.
